Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

When you interact with our site we collect: contact data you submit (name, email, company, role, message); technical data automatically (IP, user agent, referer, browser language); and minimal functional cookies for preferences (language, theme).

2. How we use it

We use contact data solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you gave explicit consent, to keep you informed about the product. We use technical data for security (abuse detection) and site improvement. We do not sell data to third parties.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when you submit a form), legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry, maintaining site security), and compliance with legal obligations (retention of commercial records where applicable).

4. Retention period

We retain contact data for the duration of the commercial relationship and up to five years after, unless you request earlier deletion or a law requires longer retention.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to processing, request portability, and request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@integradox.com.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), databases with restricted access, regular backups, and a documented incident response process.

7. Data controller and location

The data controller is the IntegraDox owner, domiciled in the State of Florida, United States. Personal data and Service data are stored on infrastructure located in the United States, with logical separation by customer and standard encryption controls. Where required by a customer's enterprise plan, regional storage may be designated; in such cases the controller designation does not change.

8. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and consent that your data will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Service you consent to this transfer and processing under United States law, subject to applicable data protection rights described in Section 5 above.

9. Changes

If we update this policy we will publish the new version on this same page with its date. Material changes are notified by email to registered users.
